- Solution Design: Architect and develop end-to-end agentic AI solutions using appropriate technologies and frameworks, incorporating multi-agent collaboration and aligning with business requirements and measurable KPIs (e.g., cost savings, efficiency gains).
- User Experience: Prioritize intuitive, user-centric design with seamless, context-aware interactions (chat, voice, embedded UI), following conversational UX best practices and ensuring clear human-in-the-loop escalation paths.
- Delivery POD Leadership: Lead cross-functional delivery PODs (including IT custodians, engineers, and process owners) to drive high-ROI solutions with rapid delivery cycles, ensuring alignment across teams.
- Standards & Best Practices: Define, maintain, and promote best practices for agentic AI solution design and delivery, including frameworks, orchestration patterns, naming conventions, CI/CD pipelines, guardrails, and testing strategies, to ensure consistency, scalability, and reliable multi-agent deployments aligned with enterprise standards.
- Solution Pattern Framework: Manage and support a framework that classifies agentic solutions (e.g., autonomous workflows, AI-assisted tasks, orchestration patterns) to drive consistency, accelerate delivery, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
- Reusable Assets: Develop, manage, and promote reusable agentic solution components (e.g., prompts, orchestration patterns, connectors, guardrails) to accelerate delivery, ensure consistency, and maximize enterprise-wide value.
- Agentic Governance: Manage a registry of all Agents and Agentic Processes, maintaining key metadata (e.g., purpose, ownership, performance metrics, dependencies) to ensure well-defined solutions that perform optimally against expectations and align with enterprise governance standards.
- Evangelism & Enablement: Create compelling demonstrations of AI and agentic solutions to showcase the 'art of the possible,' inspiring stakeholders and driving adoption of innovative capabilities; mentor teams on agentic AI frameworks, autonomy design, and safety patterns, sharing hands-on implementation insights to enhance solution delivery.
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field, plus at least 10 years of relevant experience in solution architecture, automation, or AI platforms, with 3+ years designing and deploying production-grade agentic AI solutions with multi-agent orchestration at enterprise scale, or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
- Proven success integrating AI agents with business-critical systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, ITSM) and workflows across a variety of business functions.
- Demonstrated impact in automating manual processes and enabling AI-assisted or autonomous operations.
- Hands-on expertise in Agentic AI, generative AI, agent autonomy, tool use, and human-in-the-loop patterns.
- Working knowledge of key and emerging standards such as Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication protocols, enabling interoperability, secure data exchange, and orchestration across diverse agentic frameworks and platforms.
- Project coordination experience across cross-functional teams
- Understanding of conversational UX/UI and prompt-based interaction models
- Proficiency with agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain/LangGraph, Microsoft Autogen, Azure AI Agent Service, CrewAI, N8N, Automation Anywhere, UiPath) and ability to evaluate and select fit-for-purpose solutions based on business needs, scalability, and integration requirements.
- Expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP), CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), and containerization, meeting production-grade SLAs/SLOs.
- Strong experience with enterprise integrations (REST/GraphQL, webhooks, event-driven systems), identity/access (OAuth/OIDC, SCIM), and collaboration platforms (Teams, Slack).
- Familiarity with AI security and compliance (e.g., data isolation, audit trails, PII protection).
- Strategic thinking and enterprise solution design

- Ability to break down complex technical topics for non-technical audiences
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving
- Experience with similarly large, complex organizations
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
