What we need from YOU:Responsibilities:· Maintain the landscape, grounds, golf course ponds and Bumper boat pool· Maintain facility equipment and building· Perform quarterly, biannually and annually preventative maintenance tasks· Replace lights throughout the park as needed· Perform minor structural repairs and restorations· Fix basic plumbing, HVAC and electrical issues· Must be able to take and give direction and work as a team· Maintain supply of tools and machinery· Attend daily, weekly and monthly manager meetings· Communicate short- and long-term projects and goals to management team· Be able to prioritize maintenance items from big projects to daily tasks· Manage maintenance team (2-5 employees) and prioritize daily projects for them· Ability to identify maintenance issues and be proactive with repairs· Work with the General Manager to maintain maintenance budget and monthly expenses· Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions· Ability to read and interpret documents in English such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions,and procedure manuals· Assist the team members with operations in limited situations, and provide excellent guest serviceQualifications:· Minimum 2 years of building and landscaping maintenance experience· Minimum 2 years of management experience along with organizational skills· Must be at least 21 years of age· Have a reliable source of transportation and good driving recordRequired Skills:· Be able to lift 50 lbs or greater· Be physically capable to work while kneeling, bending, reaching, standing, climbing ladders, and walking extended periods of time.· Be able to work outside in all weather conditions· Be comfortable on a ladder.· Experience with a scissor lift· Know how to use computer programs (word, excel, outlook, etc.)Email resume directly to bwest@boondocks.com to apply.Boondocks Food & Fun is an Equal Opportunity Employer
