This part-time role is ideal for a dedicated professional looking to make a significant impact in a PM&R setting.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care in a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation setting.
- Perform patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient medical records.
- Education: Master's degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Licensure: Must have an active FL State License.
- Certification: Must be Board Certified.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of Physician Assistant experience in the PM&R (rehabilitation) setting is required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in PM&R procedures and patient assessment.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, empathy, critical thinking, and a collaborative team-oriented approach.
- Competitive Compensation: Earn a highly competitive hourly rate of $60-$70/hr.
- Work Schedule:
- Part Time (20 to 25 hours per week (8:00 AM to 1:00 PM))
- Includes working 1 full weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and then 1 day of another weekend (either a Saturday OR a Sunday) per month.
