While there will be about 1–2 urgent needs monthly requiring your attention, flexibility is granted with minimal on-site presence.Ideal Candidates
  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a similar technical discipline
  • Experience within driveline or automotive manufacturing is an advantage
  • Proficient in PFMEA, Control Plans, or Process Flow
  • Excellent analytical skills paired with problem-solving prowess
Key Qualifications
  • At least 2 years in a quality-related role in automotive or manufacturing
  • ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 know-how
  • Intermediate skill level in machining or assembly practices
  • Aptitude for audits and maintaining quality compliance
Your ContributionIn this capacity, you'll verify that our manufacturing protocols meet both internal criteria and customer demands. Your responsibilities will cover maintaining quality records, and crafting and confirming test procedures. Audit processes to evaluate capabilities and stability, participate in policy development, and propel our Quality Management System forward.Your expertise in operational compliance, risk analysis, and metric evaluation will be crucial. Engaging in initiatives to integrate lessons learned, preparing comprehensive reports, and enhancing training will further business advancements.
