deciBel Research has an immediate opening for a Principal Systems Engineer in Huntsville, AL.Position Description:deciBel Research seeks an experienced Systems Engineer to support the Ground Based Midcourse (GMD) Weapon System (GWS). The successful candidate will perform MBSE activities in support of the program's GSS IPT.Education Requirements:Bachelor's degree or higher in a STEM related field.Experience Requirements:

5+ years of related experience with Bachelor's degree; 3+ years of related experience with Master's degree
Experience developing software in C++ and Java
Experience with Python or other scripting languages
Experience with automated testing

Special Skills Desired:

Familiarity with Agile software development practices.
Experience with low level software to hardware interfaces
Experience with CMake
Experience with gRPC
Security+ certification
A current active in-scope U.S. Government DoD Top Secret security clearance.
