Hours: M-TH 3:30PM-2AM (training will be M-TH, 10am-8:30pm for 2-3 months)

As a Lead Manufacturing Operator, you will oversee the packaging and cartoning operations, ensuring all equipment is set up, operated, and maintained according to strict quality and compliance standards. You ll contribute to a clean, safe, and productive work environment where every product that leaves your line can help change a life.Responsibilities:
  • Set up, operate, and perform changeovers on packaging and cartoning equipment.
  • Monitor production lines to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency standards are met.
  • Follow all FDA, cGMP, and SOP guidelines to ensure product compliance and integrity.
  • Document operations accurately and thoroughly to meet regulatory requirements.
  • Support shift transitions by clearly communicating equipment or quality issues to the next Lead Operator.
  • Train and assist entry-level operators, and work closely with senior team members to troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.
  • Promote a team-oriented, goal-driven environment while maintaining a focus on safety.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1 3 years of experience in packaging operations (preferably in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing).
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to learn complex machinery.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English, with basic math and documentation skills.
  • Ability to follow procedures, meet production standards, and ensure product quality.
  • Physically able to lift/move 50 lbs and perform duties that include standing, bending, and climbing.
  • Comfortable working in PPE and cleanroom environments as required by safety standards.
