This is a great opportunity for an experience leader who wants to grow with a dynamic company.POSITION TITLE: General Manager (Manufacturing)POSITION SUMMARY: We are seeking an experienced general manager to oversee the production floor and all manufacturing operations, including meeting delivery targets to customers, establishing process improvement guidelines, and overseeing the production team.RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
Manage the facility on a day-to-day basis, directing all production activities with the objective of maximizing the profitability of the business.
Successfully manage projects / initiatives and achieve desired results / objectives and high client satisfaction within budget and schedule.
Establish and maintain procedures to ensure we operate safely and in compliance with all regulations of any variety, including OSHA compliance, ISO regulations.
Conduct regular department meetings to address operational and safety issues.
Train, mentor and develop supervisors and other department staff.
Tracks productivity to meet company requirements and maximizes operational efficiency.
Trains production and warehouse team, ensuring completion and proper execution of work procedures including employee development and performance appraisal.
5+ years of experience in a production manager or manufacturing manager role.
Hands on leadership experience with demonstrated ability to drive cultural change while improving efficiencies and processes.
Must have excellent People Management and Time Management skills and abilities.
Solid interpersonal skills to effectively interact at all levels across functions.
A growth mindset and an ability to collaborate effectively with multiple business leaders.
Proficiency with PC applications, preferable ERP systems, MS Word and Excel.
Bilingual Spanish preferred.
PAY TRANSPARENCY: A reasonable estimate of the available {annual or hourly} pay scale for this position is: $150,000-$160,000.
