After Hours On Call Triage Visit RN: We are looking for someone to be available to be On Call outside of normal business hours to take calls and triage patients, but also be available to make a visit if there is a need to our patients in their home setting. This position would work in both a home care and hospice setting.Hours: Full-time | On Call | Be on call generally from 5pm - 8am, Monday - Friday and weekends are from 8am-8am. There will be a block schedule to work 7 days on and 7 days off.Enjoy some of these notable benefits:

A few must-haves for this position:
  • Licensed to practice as a RN in the state of MN. License is active and in good standing.
  • Minimum of twelve (12) months of accumulated experience as a registered nurse within the last five (5) years or, if no experience within the last five (5) years, evidence of current (within the last 12 months) clinical knowledge as deemed appropriate by the DHCS.
  • One (1) year of hospice or home care experience preferred.
  • Able to travel within geographic area serviced by the office. Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance.
