- Manage day-to-day coordination for multiple store construction projects.
- Oversee construction schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful openings.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, landlords, and internal teams.
- Review drawings, specifications, and shop drawings to ensure compliance with CYM standards.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to schedule.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including schedules, budgets, and status reports.
- Assist with permitting, approvals, and inspections.
- Identify risks early and propose solutions to keep projects on track.
- Support the VP of Construction & Development with strategic initiatives and special projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 2-4 years of experience in project or construction management (hospitality or restaurant experience, with knowledge of kitchen design required)
- Knowledge of construction processes, drawings, and permitting.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with project management tools (Monday/Asana) and AutoCAD/Revit.
- Ability to travel to project sites as needed.
- Competitive base salary: $85,000 and 10% annual bonus opportunity
