- Make 300+ outbound business-to-business calls daily using an autodialer to connect with potential customers.
- Understand and determine the regulatory needs of businesses and introduce them to Foley's range of SAAS products and services.
- Propose tailored SAAS solutions to meet specific business requirements.
- Acquire an in-depth knowledge of Foley’s products and services to effectively address client needs.
- Engage with leads to understand their unique needs and pain points, ensuring a personalized approach.
- Maintain the integrity of both Foley's and customers' information by adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Proven experience in high-volume outbound calling and prospecting.
- Experience in the transportation industry is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with business decision-makers.
- A hunter mentality, eager to reach and exceed lead generation and sales targets.
- Comfortable spending 4+ hours daily on the phone.
- Ability to identify, qualify, and nurture net new small business opportunities.
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track activity, manage pipeline, and forecast results.
- Self-motivated and goal-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs.
- Quick learner who can absorb industry and product knowledge to clearly articulate value to prospects.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle a high volume of outreach while maintaining quality.
