Adecco Staffing is partnering with a well-established aerospace manufacturer in Lebanon, NH, to hire Roller Inspection Technicians on 2nd and 3rd shift. This temp-to-hire opportunity is ideal for candidates with a keen eye for detail, mechanical aptitude, and an interest in precision quality control.Job Title: Roller Inspection Technician
Location: Lebanon, NHPay Rate: $23.00 - $30.00/hour (based on experience)Schedule:

2nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
3rd Shift: Sunday - Thursday, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Job Type: Temp-to-HireKey Responsibilities:Set up and operate precision gauges including Censor, Squareness, and OORInspect rollers for dimensional accuracy and surface finish to tight tolerancesComplete visual inspections and final packaging per company standardsVerify that special processing steps (stability checks, Nital Etch, Magnaflux, etc.) have been completedPerform in-process audits throughout roller manufacturing operationsMaintain accurate records and follow all inspection documentation proceduresTrain team members as needed and assist with light machine operator dutiesEnsure compliance with safety protocols and maintain a clean workspaceQualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary or trade education preferredStrong mechanical aptitude and attention to detailExperience using measuring tools and gauges preferredBasic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)Ability to follow written/verbal instructions and maintain quality standardsIf you're interested in this position, please apply directly to this posting with an updated resume!Pay Details: $20.00 to $28.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
