- Develop PM Performance Analytics: Create a PM performance analytics solution that directly links client project progress to profitability through adjusted gross income. This responsibility involves tracking project and engagement-level progress and burn rates, generating comprehensive profitability reports and dashboards, and working closely with finance, operations, accounts, and business development teams.
- Comprehensive Project Management: Manage the project lifecycle for assigned clients from initial concept to deployment, ensuring a cohesive and impactful delivery.
- Collaborative Planning and Execution: Work closely with Account Management and Creative teams to develop and refine project briefs, ensuring all parties are aligned and engaged throughout the project journey.
- Strategic Resource Allocation: Master the art of resource allocation, meticulously planning and managing schedules, budgets, and team expectations using Wrike to ensure projects are delivered excellently and efficiently.
- Future-focused Strategy: Look beyond immediate tasks to anticipate the future needs of projects. Drive the agency's growth through strategic foresight system optimization and assist with the implementation of go-to-market strategies that align with our long-term vision.
- Risk Management and Quality Assurance: Anticipate and mitigate project risks, constantly focusing on quality and scope. Proactively communicate potential issues and solutions to senior staff, upholding the highest standards.
- Client Relationship Management: Act as a vital conduit between the agency and clients, ensuring clear communication, managing expectations, and fostering strong, productive relationships.
- Project Management Experience: With 7+ years in project management across digital marketing, advertising, or creative agency settings, you've successfully navigated many projects to their timely and budget-conscious completion. This background underscores your ability to effectively manage and execute complex projects, ensuring strategic alignment and high-quality outcomes.
- Strategic Vision: Ability to assemble comprehensive project plans, appropriately align resources, and be a Wrike genius. You're not just managing day-to-day tasks but are focused on driving performance and achieving long-term goals.
- Collaborative Spirit: You can collaborate with Account Management, Creative teams, and other stakeholders. Your work ensures that projects are creative, innovative, strategically aligned, and efficiently executed.
- Analytical and Solution-Oriented: Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for identifying risks, developing mitigation strategies, and optimizing project outcomes.
- Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field is highly valued. PMP certification or equivalent practical experience is also highly valued.
