
Executive Assistant

- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings
- Screen and prioritize incoming communications (emails, calls, and messages)
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations for meetings and executive briefings
- Handle complex travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, and process expense reports
- Act as the primary liaison between the executive and internal or external stakeholders
- Draft, review, and send communications on behalf of the executive
- Facilitate communication between the executive, departments, and leadership teams
- Track key tasks, timelines, and deliverables to support project management
- Assist with preparing leadership reports and data summaries
- Provide administrative support for HR or finance-related processes (e.g., approvals, onboarding, vendor coordination)
- Onboard new team members or interns supporting the executive’s area
- Manage executive’s contact lists and CRM systems
- Support executive’s team with other general administrative tasks
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of administrative experience supporting executive-level leadership
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
