As the first point of contact for visitors, the Front Desk Agent plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring each guest has a memorable and pleasant experience.Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently while ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries with accurate information regarding services and amenities.
  • Handle guest complaints and requests promptly, maintaining a positive and helpful demeanor.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby to promote a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Process reservations, changes, and cancellations through our booking system.

Skills:
