ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT II, EXECUTIVE EDUCATION, Sloan School of Management, to provide complex and varied support to the senior associate dean of the Office of Executive Education and coordinate with the director of finance, administration and strategic initiatives to provide general administrative support within the office. Responsibilities include calendar management; composing and organizing presentations; making travel arrangements; responding to incoming telephone calls and emails; playing a key role in managing the office infrastructure; on-boarding new staff; liaising with Sloan Technology Services and outside vendors on IT and communications equipment and services; researching and resolving problems; helping improve processes/procedures for day-to-day functions of the office; and a variety of other duties as assigned.A full job description is available at . Responsibilities include calendar management; composing and organizing presentations; making travel arrangements; responding to incoming telephone calls and emails; playing a key role in managing the office infrastructure; on-boarding new staff; liaising with Sloan Technology Services and outside vendors on IT and communications equipment and services; researching and resolving problems; helping improve processes/procedures for day-to-day functions of the office; and a variety of other duties as assigned.A full job description is available at .Job RequirementsREQUIRED: high school diploma or its equivalent; at least three years of administrative, office or related experience; meticulous attention to detail; excellent organizational, interpersonal, and oral and written communication skills; service orientation; collaborative work style; discretion with confidential information/issues; comfort interacting with a diverse group of colleagues and communicating in person, by telephone, and via email; proficiency with MS Office software; and ability to use and proactively learn and adapt to new software and systems, including online collaboration and customer relationship management tools. Must be able to manage and track multiple priorities, work to quick deadlines, proactively determine needed actions, and adapt to rapidly changing priorities; work both independently and closely with senior associate dean, director of finance, administration and strategic initiatives, and other members of the team; and able to adapt to change and take on new projects.
