- Developing/implementing and maintaining project trackers to identify key tasks and progress in completing tasks for the legal, risk, workers compensation and insurance functions.
- Assisting the Office of General Counsel with litigation case management, case file maintenance, document management, and discovery, including, but not limited to, preparing notices and correspondence, document collection document management and organization, and document production.
- Liaise with internal executives, brokers, insurers, outside counsel as appropriate.
- Drafting under attorney supervision notices, correspondence and memoranda.
- Coordinating with outside counsel concerning petitions and related workflow.
- Gathering information on developments in labor and employment law.
- Preparing formal legal letters and notes for mailing and service.
- Responding to and making employment and general liability litigation-related inquiries via telephone and email.
- Answering calls and scheduling matters, as assigned.
- Manages various standard and non-standard client and vendor contracts for the organization.
- Prepares memoranda regarding key contract terms for executive review.
- Identifies and escalates significant legal and business issues to General Counsel or designee for review and resolution.
- Establishes and participates in processes to create efficiencies for the legal department and business clients.
- Assists with intake, distribution and management of contracts for legal review.
- Exercises independent judgment and discretion in significant matters.
- Assist with matters of corporate governance.
- Provide general administrative legal and administrative support to the legal, risk and insurance functions.

- 5 - 7+ years of paralegal experience preferred, with an emphasis on contract management, and litigation management.
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent required.
- Ability to effectively lead the coordination of contract management and litigation projects and processes.
- Ability to understand contract, corporate, employment law and related guidelines.
- Ability to work within a team and autonomously where needed to achieve required outcomes within specified deadlines/time frames.
- Ability to communicate effectively in written and oral format
- Ability to maintain organization in a changing environment.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize and meet deadlines with high-quality work.

- Ability to manipulate effectively and quickly excel workbooks including pivot tables, lookup, index, match, sumproduct, averageif, counta, and excel charts etc.
