- Drive prioritization of all new product global launch readiness
- Develop and maintain all project related documentation such as scope, requirements, timelines & internal meetings
- Coordinate with multiple cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the timelines developed are met without risk
- Work cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders including Site Merchandising, Custom Program Management, Retail Stores, NPD Marketing, Allocation, Supply Planning, and Logistics
- Analyze stakeholder needs, identify gaps, identify risks, and define capabilities for an acceptable solution to the business problem
- Build constructive business relationships with all Commercial stakeholders, including Operations, Product Category, and Marketing
- Demonstrate effective planning and effective stakeholder management as well as an ability to set and manage realistic timelines and backlog priority
- Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
- Bachelor's Degree required
- At least 2 years of project management experience, preferably in the consumer goods industry
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency and follow-through
- Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills
- Proven relationship builder with diverse stakeholder groups
- Ability to juggle multiple projects at once in a fast-paced, results oriented environment
- Desire and ability to be a team player who appreciates a unique, entrepreneurial, and collaborative environment
- Resourceful self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity
- Onsite: Role requires you to be onsite full-time.
- Hybrid: Role requires you to be located in Austin, Texas and is a mixture of onsite and remote.
