- Lead a team that is responsible for cabinet installation, crown/trim work, drawer boxes, new cabinet accessories, painting and wood restoration, etc.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain a clean and organized job site, adhering to safety standards.
- Perform quality checks to guarantee high standards of workmanship.
- Assist in inventory management.
- 5+ years of experience in remodeling and a willingness to learn new techniques and processes.
- Knowledge of installation techniques, tools, and materials.
- Ability to operate smartphone for job/project tracking.
- Excellent communication and great attitude
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials as required.
