We are searching for a compassionate Critical Care Registered Nurse to join our team of exceptional nurses. As a Critical Care RN, you will provide direct patient care to those who require advanced monitoring, specifically in the medical/surgical department. You will be responsible for operating advanced medical equipment, including central lines such as A-lines and multiple IVs, and caring for patients who require Ventilation Support. In addition, you will be caring for general medical and surgical patients in the inpatient unit. You should be able to assess and implement established policies and procedures with little supervision. You will act as a clinical leader and provide assistance in precepting staff. Your role will also include providing direct care for patients from admission to discharge in all aspects of care, including discharge planning. You will be responsible for giving direction to RN, LPN, CNA, Housekeeping, and Dietary staff. You will report to Providers, Charge Nurses, Supervisor, and Chief Nursing Officer.About the community:
