- Make outbound calls to cold and warm leads using scripts and proven sales strategies
- Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via phone, text, email, and social media inboxes
- Qualify leads, gather key information, and schedule appointments for our lead agent
- Accurately manage the lead agent's calendar when setting appointments, along with the executive assistant
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions in our CRM (Follow Up Boss)
- Follow up persistently to keep prospects engaged and move them through the sales funnel
- Collaborate with agents and team leadership to improve lead conversion
- High School Graduate minimum education requirement
- Sales experience is required
- Must live in the Augusta, GA area
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle to get to client appointments
- Valid driver's license.
- Real estate experience or license is preferred, but not required
- Familiarity with Follow Up Boss or similar CRM is a plus
- Ability to respond very quickly to sellers via phone calls/text messages.
- Must be excited to meet new people, ask questions, engage in conversation, smile, LISTEN, and influence other people
- Ability to follow up for multiple weeks, months, or years in case a home visit does not produce a contract
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Must be ambitious and love talking to people
- Must have a positive attitude, be coachable, and be comfortable working in a team-oriented environment
- Excellent rapport builder - Maintain a direct yet empathetic selling style
