We are seeking a driven and customer-focused individual to join our litigation team in an administrative capacity. This role is crucial in supporting client intake, ensuring retainer agreements are executed, and assisting with case file organization, calendaring, and document management. No prior litigation experience is required; however, the candidate must demonstrate strong communication skills, professionalism, and a willingness to learn.Key Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for clients regarding retainer agreements and case intake.
Proactively call and follow up with clients to secure signed retainer agreements.
Upload and organize case documents into the firm’s case management system.
Assist attorneys and case managers with calendaring deadlines, hearings, and appointments.
Maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions and case file updates.QualificationsExcellent verbal communication skills; comfortable speaking with clients by phone.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong commitment to learning and developing knowledge of litigation processes.
Prior customer service, call center, or client-facing experience preferred.
