
Training Coordinator - Project Engineering

- Work with other Academy/learning partners to provide maintenance and support for sessions, facilities, instructors, emails, users to groups, and basic miscellaneous requests ensuring effective daily operations and accurate reporting for these subject-oriented tasks
- Address support requests by researching and implementing a documented task specific resolution process, test or verify the outcome accuracy, and communication resolution
- Monitor mailbox, decipher and distribute requests to proper person and escalate if immediate attention is needed
- Identify opportunities for improvement in data management processes as well as document proven end-user troubleshooting processes
- Develop and/or maintain processes regarding the management of the team’s training programs
- Host virtual training events as producer, as needed
- Maintain all training records and reporting needed to provide program metrics reports
- Test and troubleshoot eLearning courses with assistance of instructional design team
- Load, validate, monitor, and deactivate courses as needed by interfacing with Learning Management System (LMS) owners and through own access to systems
- Perform audits to ensure that courses are reviewed annually by owners/authors on a regular basis
- Advance with technology and quickly grasp the essence and underlying structure of the change
- Contribute to special projects
- Perform other activities as requested in accordance with role expectations
- Typically up to 2 years of successful experience in related field and successful demonstration of key responsibilities and knowledge as presented above

- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) with a specific knowledge of Excel to manipulate data, create pivot tables, use formulas, etc.
- Advanced degree a plus.
- Experience with Workday.
