Job Title: Patient Onboarding Implementation Specialist Job DescriptionAs a Patient Onboarding Implementation Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and management of multiple sites. You will oversee day-to-day activities, manage inventory, and troubleshoot any issues that arise. A key part of your role will be to analyze patient acceptance rates and address any discrepancies. Additionally, you will maintain strong relationships with site contacts, provide patient updates, and facilitate patient onboarding with medical devices.Responsibilities
  • Oversee day-to-day activities at assigned sites.
  • Manage inventory and troubleshoot site-related issues.
  • Analyze and address patient acceptance rates at various sites.
  • Maintain strong relationships with site contacts.
  • Gather and provide patient updates from the team.
  • Manage and support 10-15 sites.
  • Call patients to provide support and answer their questions.
  • Assist patients in setting up and using medical devices.
Essential Skills
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Organization and process-oriented mindset.
  • 2+ years of professional experience.
  • Experience in site management and patient calls.
  • Ability to answer patient questions effectively.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Research experience is a bonus.
  • Willingness to train and support team members.
Work EnvironmentThe role involves working closely with multiple sites, utilizing medical devices, and engaging directly with patients. It requires a detail-oriented approach and strong communication skills. The environment is dynamic and requires managing several sites simultaneously.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, Minnesota.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
