Job Category: FinanceJob Description:The Financial Analyst ADP is “hosted” by the Global Supply Chain Organizational Development Department and participants are matched with one of our manufacturing or distribution facilities. The identified candidate can start in either January 2026 or July 2026 and will report to our Cleveland, OH office for the duration of the development program.Responsibilities:Position Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assisting the Finance Manager with:Assist monthly close of financial data for manufacturing sites in North AmericaAssist in annual financial activities such as budgets, and physical inventoryAssist in process improvement projectsHelp analyze manufacturing costs and explain variances with corrective actionsSupport team in being a business partner to different sitesHelp review monthly P&L summaries for anomalies, investigate and report findingsAssist with Fixed Asset closing, purchasing (PO's, requisitions, etc.), work orders and other miscellaneous tasks as required by manufacturing sitesParticipation towards completion of other related tasks and duties as directed or neededQualifications:Minimum RequirementsMust have a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution by the start of this development program.Must be willing to relocate for the position if applicable.Must be open to relocating Post Program for your targeted role.Must have a minimum overall GPA of 2.8Must be at least 18 years of ageMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the futureMust have at least one (1) year of experience with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and Power PointPreferred QualificationsHave a major in Finance, Accounting, or related fieldHave previous Internship/Co-op experience within Sherwin-Williams.Have previous Internship, Co-op or work experience in a related fieldHave previous experience working in a team-oriented setting including work experience, extracurricular activities, military service, etc.Have experience with preparing annual budgetsAbout Us:At Sherwin-Williams, our purpose is to inspire and improve the world by coloring and protecting what matters.
