- Translate business requirements into development-ready functional specifications.

- Work with large datasets to extract meaningful insights related to financial products, customer behavior, and market trends.
- Identify process inefficiencies and recommend solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Propose changes to existing workflows, policies, or procedures to optimize business processes.
- Assess risks associated with new initiatives, products, or system changes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Manage small and medium projects as assigned.
- Participate in project planning, execution, and monitoring.

- Facilitate communication between business units, TA teams, and management.

- Ability to learn and master various core and financial systems used around the Bank.
