- Experience with custom-configured electrical products or industrial equipment
- Experience hunting new businesses and/or managing customer accounts
- Industry familiarity in entertainment power, temporary power, or electrical distribution
- High emotional intelligence with the ability to advise and earn trust
- Strong project follow-through, CRM/ERP fluency, and communication skills
