💰 Compensation: $160K–$180K+ (Based on Experience)We are seeking a mid- to senior-level Associate Attorney to join our well-established Trusts, Estates & Wealth Preservation group in beautiful Naples, Florida. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a highly respected team advising high-net-worth clients on sophisticated estate planning, wealth preservation, and tax strategies.🏛 What You'll Do:
- Draft a wide variety of estate planning documents (wills, trusts, and related instruments)
- Provide strategic legal counsel on wealth preservation and trust structures
- Advise individuals and families on wealth transfer tax strategies
- Design and implement business succession and asset protection plans
- Guide fiduciaries through the administration of estates and trusts
- Prepare and review federal estate, gift, and fiduciary income tax returns
- Conduct legal research and support estate-related litigation matters
- 4+ years of Trusts, Estates & Wealth Preservation experience (higher levels of experience also welcomed)
- Demonstrated skill in drafting estate planning and trust instruments
- Strong understanding of tax planning and wealth transfer strategies
- Client-focused with excellent communication and judgment
- Florida Bar admission
