
Customer Service Representative

- Create Customer Request Notification (CRN) in ONE CRM (Sales Force).
- Serves as primary order contact for the customer providing timely communication and support.
- Proactively communicates relevant order issues as appropriate with the customers and investigates claims for returned products related to Order Management issues.
- Monitor EDI errors and work to fix the errors to process the electronic order (IDOC) in Danfoss systems.
- Create new orders related to EDI scheduling agreements.
- Support handling and the resolution of credit and cash collection issues internally (Finance and BUs) and communication with customers
- Virtually attend, support and lead customer meetings.
- Manage order changes with customers, internal BU's and make sure systems are updated.
- Coordinates with key stakeholders to address orders, which do not fit the current production plans - negotiating win-win solutions whenever possible.
- HS Diploma or GED is required. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field of study is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a customer service role, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency working in a warehouse management system or similar database is required. Knowledge of SAP, P01, SRP100 is strongly preferred
- Possess a strong and independent decision-making ability
- Ability to work in a cross culture, diverse nationalities in a matrix communications environmen
- Proven to be motivated and self-driven
- Willing to travel once a year to visit and work at another Danfoss site
