- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
- Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
- Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering the premises.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, visitor logs, and incident reports as required.
- Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, coordinating with Allied Universal management and local authorities as needed.
- Communicate professionally with tenants, guests, and staff to address inquiries and provide information about building procedures and policies.
- Help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity through attentive presence and observation at the front desk.
- Availability across various days and shifts
- Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments
- A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company
- Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
