Your primary responsibilities will include greeting guests, verifying credentials, and providing helpful information while maintaining a welcoming and professional atmosphere. You will help to deter security-related incidents through your attentive presence and strong communication skills, responding promptly to inquiries and assisting with access control. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in customer service and enjoy engaging with people in a dynamic environment.   • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
  • Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
  • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
  • Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
  • Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities:
  • Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
  • Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering the premises.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, visitor logs, and incident reports as required.
  • Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, coordinating with Allied Universal management and local authorities as needed.
  • Communicate professionally with tenants, guests, and staff to address inquiries and provide information about building procedures and policies.
  • Help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity through attentive presence and observation at the front desk.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
