If so, look no further and apply below for an opportunity to join a top title insurance company.Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for a Title Examiner in Warrenville, IL!Pay rate: $Shift availability: Mon - Fri, 8a -5p, 830a -530p or 9a-6p (hybrid)For instant consideration for this role, click on Apply Now and upload resume!Our ideal Title Examiner must be able to:Examine recorded documents and title commitments to confirm that all requirements and exceptions have been addressed prior to policy issuance.Prepare and issue Owner's and Loan Policies as well as endorsements in compliance with underwriting and company guidelines.Verify accuracy of legal descriptions, policy amounts, insured names, lender names and applicable endorsements.Communicate with internal staff and external clients to obtain necessary information.Assist in responding to post closing inquiries related to policy issuance.Actual workflow is typically determined by geographic practices.Works independently and uses experience to examine title to real propertyPrepares and reviews reports for accuracyOther duties as assignedEducation/Certification Requirements:High School Diploma or equivalentExperience requirements for this Title Examiner:Knowledge of legal terms helpfulAnalytical with strong problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsProficient with MS Office2+ years of relevant experience requiredAs a reminder, this role is being recruited for by one of our National Recruitment Teams and not your local Branch.
