The ideal candidate will plan, organize, and execute production schedules for assigned product lines to achieve maximum customer satisfaction levels and “on-time” shipments.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesYour Priorities
  • Develops and maintains master schedules and order releases required to support customer requirements for assigned product lines.
  • Reviews machine capacity, maintenance requirements, and schedules to determine if production plans for assigned product lines are achievable.
  • Monitors status of purchase parts and communicates any changes to purchasing department.
  • Works with Purchasing to secure purchase parts needed to meet production schedules.
  • Provides shipping dates for short lead orders based on material availability and production capacity.
  • Determines and maintains required Kanban card levels within the production system to meet production schedules and inventory targets.
