As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing our leisure sales operations.
Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue in the leisure sector
Lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed targets
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the industry
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients and partners
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management
Forecast sales, set targets, and develop action plans to ensure consistent growth
Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote our brand and services
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management in similar role for a reputed Hotel in Dubai.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive Leisure market
Exposure to Corporate Segment would be a Plus.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales analytics tools
In-depth knowledge of the leisure industry, including current trends and market dynamics
Strong presentation and public speaking abilities
