- Coaches Market Sales Managers and MLOs in the achievement of loan production goals including strategies to foster partnership internally and externally to help generate referrals and build mortgage volume. Hold Market Sales Managers accountable for team production expectations.
- Provide guidance and assistance with operational and loan requirements (conventional, portfolio and government loans.) Collaborate with Mortgage Operations to achieve maximum operational efficiency and excellent client service.
- Fosters an environment where team members passionately serve internal/external clients with excellence. Fosters a culture of accountability within business area to nurture client relationships by listening, prioritizing and acting responsibly to meet client needs, mitigate risk and add shareholder value.
- Provides leadership and guidance regarding all customer service interactions and monitor results. Resolves customer service issues in an efficient and effective manner for internal and external clients.
- Participates in civic and community events and maintains significant community affiliations and relationships with centers of influence to actively promote the Old National Mortgage brand.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- 7-10 years of residential mortgage or related work experience
- 3-5 years of sales management experience with demonstrated ability to effectively hire, train and develop staff.
- Experience with direct home lending models, including digital platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to lead a sales management team and to direct the work of mortgage loan originators, including setting and monitoring production expectations.
- Knowledge of industry products, policies, and procedures, underwriting requirements, conventional and government loan requirements, mortgage operations, and regulatory compliance.
