- Apply AI and machine learning to enhance product capabilities, automate workflows, and deliver intelligent user experiences.
- Lead the product development lifecycle (PDLC) for select features-from ideation through launch and iteration.
- Translate customer, business, and technical requirements into clear documentation and actionable plans.
- Define and manage product roadmaps aligned with strategic goals.
- Conduct ROI analysis and use data to inform product decisions.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and business teams to drive adoption and deliver value.
- Evangelize product features internally and externally, co-authoring launch materials and presenting to stakeholders.
- Monitor KPIs and NPS to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- A passion for solving real customer problems with elegant, scalable solutions-especially through the power of AI.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.

- 1-2 years of experience in product management or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to lead feature development through the full PDLC.
- Experience with backlog management, requirements gathering, and feature testing.
- Basic analytical skills and familiarity with KPIs, NPS, and ROI analysis.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
- Enthusiasm for AI and a foundational understanding of how it can be applied to product development.
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies or working on AI-powered product features.
- Experience in retail, e-commerce, or international product domains.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Quantum, or Confluence.
- Technical background or experience working closely with engineering teams.
- Experience managing ambiguous feature requests and aligning stakeholders on roadmap priorities.
- A track record of championing innovation and driving adoption of emerging technologies.
