- Mastery of CRM tools (we use HubSpot)-you know your pipeline, follow-ups, and data hygiene like the back of your hand
- A relationship-first approach and ability to spot real client needs
- Bonus points if you've sold into industries like building services, cleaning, recycling/waste, or construction
