Preschool Teaching AssistantGan Academy is looking to hire a wonderful teaching assistant who can join our small preschool! We are proud to have a small one classroom school that focuses on close family and child relationships.Gan Academy is a warm, intimate early childhood community where every child and family is valued.   • Support lead teacher in daily classroom operations
  • To develop and maintain a curriculum that is fun and educational for 3-5-year-old children.
  • To ensure that the school is fostering an environment that is inviting and nurturing for the children.
  • Employ a variety of educational techniques
  • Encourage children to interact with each other and resolve occasional arguments
  • Organize nap and snack hours and supervise children to ensure they are safe at all times
  • Maintain a clean and tidy classroom consistent with health and safety standards
Skills
  • Passion for working with children
  • Familiarity with safety and sanitation guidelines for classrooms
  • Excellent communication and instructional skills
  • Cool-tempered, friendly and reliable
Job Types: Part time to full time, ContractBenefits:
Pay is $20/hour depending on experience, payment is given through a monthly salary
