- You will support and direct (with guidance and team interaction) all work aspects of the Airline Modifiable Interface (AMI/AOC) software to include creation, purchasing, shipping, Import/Export classification and storage in coordination with OEMs, vendors, customers, product, and engineering teams.
- You will assist with our technical documentation library management, document creation, classification, and storage (gaining experience in ISO 9001 regulations).
- You will help manage CRM tools such as ServiceNow or other and work ticketing tool case creation, management, and reporting KPIs.
- You will assist with our Customer/Vendor Online Portal management of software and documents.
- You will learn to manage business unit quality statistics analyzation and reporting.
- You will learn about CRM tools such as ServiceNow or other systems by using ticketing tool case creation, management, and reporting KPIs.
- You will learn to work in a highly dynamic environment.
- You will learn great communication skills by working across all internal departments including international teams.
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract
- Experience with demonstratable knowledge of MSO365 tools.
- Project Management skills.
