Position Title: Process TechnicianWage: $25-$34/hourShift: 3rdHours: 6:20pm-6:30amWe are seeking skilled and experienced Process Technicians on the night shift. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in plastic injection molding, including machine setup and troubleshooting. This role is critical to ensuring consistent quality and efficiency in our production processes. This is a direct hire opportunity in Mukwonago, WI.Process Technician Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Set up and troubleshoot injection molding machines and related equipment
- Utilize the O.P.M. 20 system to identify and document process issues and adjustments
- Complete production process change forms when adjustments fall outside control limits
- Collaborate with Process Engineers to establish and maintain process control limits
- Communicate all process changes to operators/inspectors to ensure ISO compliance
- Provide clear updates to supervisors, operations staff, and other technicians as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work area through daily housekeepingProcess Technician Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- 2–5 years of experience in plastic injection molding and process setup
- Prior experience in a Process Technician or Setup Technician role
- Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and electronics
- Understanding of injection molding machine operation and troubleshooting
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints preferred
- Familiarity with SMED (Single-Minute Exchange of Die) methodology preferred
- Basic math skills, including ability to calculate ratios preferred
