- Calling on current and potential customers including commercial building owners, hospitals, universities, industrial plants, etc.
- Develops and increases sales revenue to meet divisional goals.
- Building professional relationships and expanding customer base.
- Maintaining contact with current and potential customers.
- Develops and delivers sales presentations in a professional and effective manner
- Assists with the planning of sales exhibits and/or trade shows
- Maintains up-to-date awareness of company activities, industry trends, and government regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Experience in the commercial construction industry is a plus.
- At least 2 years of sales or business development experience.
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills; both internal and external
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- A four-year degree is preferred.
