Job Category: OperationsJob Description:We are looking for a skilled AI Engineer to join us on a full-time basis. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy AI solutions that drive business value and enhance user experience. You'll focus on building tools for AI systems, intelligent workflows, and autonomous agents that solve real-world business problems.What You Will Do:
  • Designing: Architect greenfield autonomous agent systems and robust tools to integrate AI capabilities into existing applications.
  • Developing: Build and maintain web services using modern cloud technologies and best practices.
  • Testing: Ensure AI tools, workflows, and agent systems meet performance, accuracy, and reliability standards through comprehensive testing and monitoring.
What You Will Need:Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Machine Learning, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development with focus on AI/ML systems
  • 5+ years of experience building and deploying applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Proof of successful deployment of LLM-based agents or workflows to automate work for a commercial (profitable) use-cases integrated into production software.
  • Demonstrated experience measuring and improving the performance of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and fine-tuned AI systems to meet production ROI requirements
  • Strong background in building observability, monitoring, and logging systems for AI/ML applications in production environments.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Experience with real-time data streaming technologies (e.g., Apache Kafka, Amazon Kinesis)
  • Experience with vector databases and embedding systems
  • Knowledge of AI safety, responsible AI practices, and model governance
  • Experience with A/B testing frameworks for AI systems
