  • Act as the primary point of contact throughout the community for our non-profit clients, fostering long-term relationships and trust with potential donors
  • Successfully execute sales presentations to secure donations
  • Participate in grassroots fundraising initiatives
  • Engage with potential donors, giving key highlights and explanations for where donated funds are allocated
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver effective and timely service to non-profit clients
  • Track performance and identify opportunities for improvement and growth
  • Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner
What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for helping non-profits succeed
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize effectively
  • Previous experience in telecommunications or customer-facing roles is a plus
  • Proactive and results-driven with a focus on client satisfaction
