All while understanding that together we are even better.Schedule: Full-timeShift: DaysLocation: 6061 S WILLOW DR, Greenwood Village, 80111The role youll contribute:In support of the Service Line's vision to achieve state-wide recognition for leading clinical and destination programs, the Executive Director of Service Line (EDSL) is responsible for overseeing clinical excellence, strategy development, and operational deployment of assigned service line across the region. The EDSL leads the strategic planning and visioning for expanding domains of care, including new or changing programs and services, driving innovation through technology and information systems, elevating clinical performance and stewardship, and partners with industry to formulate new innovative approaches to care. In addition, the Executive Director is responsible for engaging with medical staff leaders to create and implement new physician models that fully leverage EFD as a leader, a destination site for patients and a statewide referral site for physicians to grow recognition for AdventHealth and the service line. Strategic planning and oversight include the business models of the future, physician strategy and recruitment and overall service line performance based on evaluation of existing services and implementation of new projects with defined milestones and metrics. Measures of success result in clinical, financial, and market outcomes that demonstrate value to patients, physicians, and payors. The Executive Director works in a matrix organization but serves as the regional leader for the assigned service line ensuring each hospital provides the same quality of care and conducts technology equipment planning to include next generation technology to map out capital planning, research, grant development and philanthropic avenues. Adheres to AdventHealth Corporate Compliance Plan and to all rules and regulations of all applicable local, state, and federal agencies and accrediting bodies. Actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all.The value youll bring to the team:Regional leadership oversight of service line programs, initiatives, staff.Collaborates with regional and multistate Advent Health teams to standardize care and develop destination care programs.Collaboration with independent and employed physicians to advance service line initiatives.Provides consultative services to AdventHealth hospitals as requested.The expertise and experiences youll need to succeed:Required qualifications:Bachelor's5 years of healthcare experience3 years' leadership experiencePreferred qualifications:Master'sProject management experienceProgram administration or development experience * Financial management experience
