Responsibilities:
- Monitor Customer Success Specialists (CSS) sales opportunities for forecasting accuracy
- Assist CSS with research needed for revenue attainment and optimal margins
- Review historical renewal rate performance, collect close/lost reason codes and re-calculate addressable opportunity and revised renewal rate baseline
- Track utilization and trending of Customer Success platform globally
- Monitor and update multi-step digital customer success campaigns to automate onboarding, customer training, and renewal workflows
- Develop planning, organizational and leadership skills
- Increase technology knowledge and skills
- Develop team-based work proficiencies
- Develop interpersonal skills to connect with day-to-day business contacts through follow up activities
Qualifications:
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate/graduate degree program in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Finance, Communications, or related discipline
- Must have an anticipated graduation date between December 2026-2027, pursuing MBA with an anticipated graduation date between 2026-2028
- Must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, & PowerPoint)
- Intellectual curiosity with a strong desire to learn and grow
- Proven leadership and excellence in professional, academic, and/or extracurricular experiences
- Ability to collaborate as part of a team
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
