- Visualizes, fulfils, and implements the company vision and core values.
- Drives new and existing sales of Sunpro products and services.
- Describes, presents, and sells company products.
- Establish and maintain working relationships with current and prospective customer.
- Researches new opportunities, markets and products.
- Researches project requirements and determines sales prospects for products.
- Establishes prices in the accounting system for products and services.
- Quotes prices for products and freight to current and prospective customers.
- Prepares and maintains accurate sales, activity, and expense reports.
- Monitors customer job progress and accuracy of product tickets and orders.
- Performs credit collection on assigned customers.
- Assists field labor as needed.
- Establishes working relationships with employees that have initial contact with customers.
- Works closely with managers to determine customer requirements, coordinate the availability of products, and evaluate costs and pricing.
- Maintains an insurable driving record.
- Champions safety guidelines and ensures a safe and healthy work environment at all times and performs all duties in compliance with Sunpro safety requirements
- Reviews, understands, and adheres to all Sunpro policies and procedures.
- Performs all duties in compliance with Sunpro safety requirements.

- Effective sales and customer service skills.
- Strong knowledge of company products and services.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) as well as strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
- Able to accurately assess customer project and design needs and provide to provide proactive solutions.
- Strong computer proficiency with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- High level of professionalism and personal responsibility.
- Bachelor’s degree in technical sales, marketing, or related field or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, construction or building materials a plus.
- Physical Work Requirements - Medium: exerting up to 25 lbs of force regularly.
- Regular exposure to the elements.
