Who You’ll Work With:Data Engineering, Analytics, Applications and Vertical Leaders. This role will also have 3 – 5 Business Analyst and 1 – 2 Delivery Managers and or Scrum Masters as direct reports.What You’ll Do:We’re seeking a forward-thinking Senior Product Manager to lead the evolution of product delivery across Private Alternatives. You’ll bring deep industry expertise, champion outcome-focused delivery, and lead a globally distributed team through modern, async-first collaboration models. This role emphasizes replacing heavyweight process with clarity, transparency, and measurable business impact.What We’re Looking For:
  • 5+ years in product roles, preferably in financial tech.
  • 7+ years in private investment management (PE, credit, RE, infra).
  • Deep understanding of investment lifecycle from origination to exit.
  • Experience with fund administration, investor reporting, and compliance.
  • Knowledge of alternative investment data sources and infrastructure.
  • Experience with post-Scrum delivery models (Shape Up, flow-based, dual track).
  • Track record of replacing story points with flow metrics.
  • Familiarity with modern data stack (Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran).
  • Track flow efficiency with DORA metrics and value-stream maps.
  • Focus on eliminating handoffs and increasing team throughput.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA or advanced degree in Finance/Tech.
  • Experience with SEC/CFTC regulatory environments.
  • Institutional reporting or fund platform exposure.
  • CSPO, CPM, or PMP certifications.
