Drive adoption and continuous improvement of metadata solutions, enhancing data governance, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance. Define KPIs and success metrics to measure metadata adoption, discoverability, and quality. Build and Scale Metadata Products Implement Data Classification frameworks to categorize and tag datasets based on sensitivity, usage, and compliance requirements. Develop metadata governance models, ensuring metadata standardization, data stewardship, and AI-driven metadata automation. Ensure seamless integration of metadata products with Data Access, Data Quality, Security, and Governance solutions. Work closely with engineering teams to build metadata ingestion pipelines, APIs, and automation workflows. Partner with Data Governance, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure metadata policies align with industry standards (e.g., GDPR, DPDPA, CCPA). Implement best practices for metadata lifecycle management, ensuring Ford's data assets are AI-ready and discoverable. Enable self-service metadata discovery for data analysts, engineers, and business users. Experience working with big data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Kafka, Presto) and API-based integrations.2+ years of experience leading others, preferably data analysts/engineers/developers or similar Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering or related field Data platform data center experience Experience working as a Data Analyst/ Engineer prior to moving into Product Manager roles Familiarity with data access controls, security, and privacy regulations (GDPR, DPDPA, CCPA, HIPAA).
