1. Perform detailed analysis on qualitative and quantitative data and translate to business impacts
2. Identify a range of business scenarios based on hypotheses, supported by data analysis
3. Connect data analysis to higher-level business strategy options / considerations
4. Understand strategic business goals, and identify what data points are needed to inform how to achieve business goals.
5. Develop insights off quantitative and qualitative data analysis and summarize for senior team members.
6. Help define logistics and approaches needed to operationalize business strategies.
7. Develop and maintain sound project plan to deliver on time-bound business strategy assessments.QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Strong academic credentials – college degree or equivalent education and related training or experience
2. 5-8 years of experience within consulting, business management, or financial services organization
3. Ability to present data and business considerations in a structured manner.
4. Advanced proficiency with MS Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
5. Demonstrated understanding of business and technology organization, resources, priorities, needs and policiesPreferred Qualifications:
6. Background in financial services / banking industry
7. Project Management and/or Business Analyst experience
8. Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
9. Ability to summarize complex, detailed analysis into executive-level summarize
10. Ability to lead by influence (relationship building).
11. Knowledge of consumer / small business / direct banking
12.
