- Recruit, hire, and train Safety Compliance Specialist (SCS) to maintain full regional coverage and consistently meet compliance and performance standards.
- Develop and evaluate competitive, profitable pricing strategies.
- Support Safety Specialists in safety program presentations to win high-value accounts.
- Join Safety Specialists on key client visits and calls to drive revenue growth.
- Conduct onboarding visits for new SCSs: verify training competency, inspect vehicles/equipment, assess customer interactions, and provide coaching on selling skills and organization.
- Set and review training goals for short- and long-term development. Identify underperforming SCSs and implement performance improvement plans.
- Attend and contribute to location meetings to reinforce training objectives and corporate messaging.
- Prepare and present annual location and SCS performances, results, and next year's revenue goals for each location with recommendations on placement of new SCS locations.
- Lead weekly Focus Meetings with each SCS: review goals, sales progress, pipeline activity, prospecting, and challenges.
- Develop growth strategies for each location.
- Attend weekly and monthly Focus Meetings with Training and Regional Managers, prepared to discuss each SCS’s performance, revenue, turnover, and promotions.
- Review monthly sales reports; track YTD revenue of SCS and location and compare to prior year. Discuss insights and next steps with SCS's.
- Review and approve SCS expenses (Concur).
- Review daily, weekly, and monthly reports to ensure performance and cost control.
- Review payroll for accuracy.
- Respond promptly to email and other communications.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent related industry experience is preferred.
- Valid non-commercial driver's license and safe driving record required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Two (2) yeas business-to-business selling or account management experience preferred.
- One (1) year of management experience preferred.
- One (1) year of safety training preferred.
