- Design, develop, and implement embedded software solutions for a variety of applications.
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to optimize software performance and ensure seamless integration with embedded systems.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in C/C++ or other relevant languages.
- Develop and execute unit tests, debugging, and troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
- Participate in design reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Analyze system requirements and contribute to project planning and timelines.
- Stay current with industry trends and new technologies in embedded systems development.
- 5 or more years of experience in embedded software development.
- Proficient in C/C++ programming languages.
- Solid understanding of real-time operating systems (RTOS).
- Experience with hardware interfaces like UART, SPI, I2C, GPIO, etc.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience with embedded Linux or other advanced RTOS platforms.
- Knowledge of hardware design and experience working closely with hardware teams.
- Experience in low-level programming and debugging tools.
- Bachelor's degree in software or hardware engineering.
- Experience working on 32-bit ARM processors.
- USB, Bluetooth, and WiFi connectivity experience.
- Customer-facing experience and strong interpersonal skills.
