- Account Acquisition and Growth: Target and acquire new commercial accounts while maintaining and growing existing relationships to increase Northwest’s business year-over-year.
- Sell Northwest Services: Promote and sell a variety of Northwest’s commercial services, ensuring that all documentation aligns with company standards.
- Relationship Building: You’ll build and strengthen relationships with both internal and external customers to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Ongoing Learning: Attend regular training sessions and continuing education programs to stay on top of industry trends and enhance your skills.
- Safety First: Always maintain a safety-first mindset when operating company vehicles and equipment.

- $38k-$48k base salary PLUS commissions!

QualificationsWhat You Need to Succeed:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Sales experience required; B2B sales experience is preferred
- Property Management experience a PLUS
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to work independently
- Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to use a ladder within manufacturer’s weight capacity
- Work safely in crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, and rooftops.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions.
